One of the oldest cooperatives in Canada, the first Fromagerie St-Albert began in 1894 in St-Albert, Ontario. With over a century of cheese-making to their name, St-Albert Cheese has been the recipient of countless awards in both national and international competitions, with a commitment to quality and freshness. Using only traditional recipes and 100% pure milk, St-Albert has distinguished itself from many of its peers.
