BEEF<\/strong> BURGERS<\/strong>: Sear on medium-high heat for 2 minutes per side, then bake in 350\u00b0F oven for about 12 minutes. BBQ: Grill on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 160\u00b0F (71\u00b0C) for Medium or 170\u00b0F (77\u00b0C) for Well Done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POULTRY<\/strong> BURGERS<\/strong>: Sear on medium-high heat for 2 minutes per side, then bake in 350\u00b0F oven for about 12 minutes. BBQ: Grill on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165\u00b0F (74\u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
